These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dreamyboat.com and the SMS messaging program operated by Gold Star Boat Rental ("Dreamboat," "we," "our," or "us").
About Dreamboat
Dreamboat provides on-the-water experiences including boat rentals, charters, and related services. When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive booking confirmations, captain and dock details, trip reminders, schedule changes, customer support messages, and — if you also opt in to promotional messages — seasonal offers, fleet announcements, and event updates.
Cancelling SMS Messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you receive our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary based on your activity and the services you've opted into. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Age Restriction
Our Platform and SMS messaging program are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using dreamyboat.com or opting in to our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform or opt in to receive SMS messages.
Acceptance
By using dreamyboat.com or opting in to our SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
